Oh I hear you having been through the same thing myself, staying at one weight for nearly a year and a half. Becoming more involved here on FS with my buddies has been a great help, as well as seeing a dietician/nutritionist to help me tweek my food plan. I also started walking daily as part of a challenge here on FS and it has really helped to give me that extra bit to nudge the scale downward again. Good luck!!
