Hi, guys! My name is Val-Emi 👋🏻 all my life I was like a normal girl, but thought that I'm fat.
Six months before the wedding in 2020 I lost 8 kg and at the wedding I was 68 kg 🥰 After that I had a lot of difficult and nervous situations and I met 2021 with a weight of 76 kg. Then I defended my diploma and my weight increased to 80 kg.
3 months later I found out I was pregnant. My belly was so small and neat for 6 months (+4 kg), but in the last trimester I rapidly gained 13 kg 😭 so I went to the maternity hospital weighing 96.1 kg.
When I returned home with the child, my weight was 92.2 kg.
So now, after 10 months I decided to lose weight and get back to the weight when I looked and felt great! Wish me good luck! 🫶🏻🙏🏻
