New month and 8 weeks (56 days) to Thanksgiving. Personal challenge.
1. Get at least 6 hours sound sleep each night, starting latest at 1 or 2 AM.
2. Use CPAP every night.
3. Keep monitoring my blood glucose say every hour, note all carbs eaten.
4. Do not use Oxygen for COPD unless stressed. DO deep breathing to expand lungs
5. Walk, get out every day before the snow falls.
6. Eat smart, low salt, low carb, high protein if I can.
7. Eat last meal by 6:30 PM, no evening snacks
8. Intermediate fasting 2 days a week 16/8
9. Start working out again at home.
10. Read this each day & Understand these things are a new lifestyle.

Goal: loose 2 lbs a week or 16lbs, get below 200 lbs by Thanksgiving and be back to the Gym at 75+, Fit in pre-Covid cloths, waist at 40 max again.

Best of luck to you! It sounds like a lot of items but they all sound doable, especially if you check your list every day. If you falter, start again and give yourself credit for how great you are doing.
