not failure - just baby steps - don't try to change everything all at once - it's all about making small changes that you can live with - for me - the planing really helps - I need to have food that I can eat fast - cottage cheese, greek yogurt, nuts, things I can grab that won't kill me! If you take a look at my full history you will see that this is my third attempt this year! I'm not quitting yet :) You have a great support system here - use it!!!
