Barely going even though I'm eating about the same.

I considered misrepresenting myself, but thought better of it.
It doesn't help to lie to anyone, especially yourself.
After a couple of hours working out in my yard, I dropped from the 211.2# you see above down to 208#.

I'm hoping that that work will spur my body back into action and start some real loosing again. If nothing else, I got a good start on my flower beds for next year.

I hoping that this will be the last week on 3rd shift so my body can get back to normal!! I'm not going to hold my breath though.
Typically, if you want something, they will keep it from you as long as possible, even if it hurts the business in the process....

Third shift is tough. Messes with your sleep cycles and also that affects weight loss.
