Well the weekend killed me. I went to a college football game and was at the mercy of someone else to provide the food, not healthy choices and I fell right back into old habits (sigh). I did learn that hashbrown casserole from a certain chain restaurant is the DEVIL. I had no idea how bad it was. So it has taken me all week to undo the damage done on the weekend. Lesson learned? Let's hope!
