what's the secret weapon? well now i know. it's waking up early.
seriously.
being up early, like really early.
for starters, it really fine tunes the circadian rhythm so that the body improves in many physiological ways.
but also, the untapped resource of a couple hours in the morning to getstuff done.
the things i end up doing early in the morning include meal prep, house chores and then my time in the gym. doing all those things, BEFORE GOING TO WORK, then when i get home, i have very little to do and can use THAT time for my evening cardio, minor prepping for next day, and then getting to bed nice and early.
waking up very early is the secret weapon that very few want to utilize.
