Hi Laurie, Congrats on 11 lbs especially over the holidays. WTG. Thanks for bringing up the taste change. I haven't noticed that, but maybe I'm not paying attention. I don't think I have as many cravings. Snacking at night was an issue for me. 16/8 took care of that. But the first two weeks were tough. Have a great week.
