I've never had an ice cream sandwich in a bowl or eaten it with a spoon! Looks good though. I like adding nuts to ice cream

Pretty good, OTB. If I'm honest my recreation with the brownie was a little tastier, but this was more calorie friendly 😊

Stormsgirl, I bought some honey at one of the festivals I went to around the holidays. This one is Wildflower Honey with Hot Chile Peppers. I've been researching how to make my own infused honey cause it's almost gone.
