What do you believe about yourself? Does it line up with truth or is it just what you've always believed or been told? Dig a little deeper. Find out what you believe about yourself and adjust your thinking if needed.

Some days are harder to get motivated and maintain a positive attitude than others, and for me it would be exponentially worse if I were micromanaging the scales the way I used to. I've been in the doldrums the last few days, just seems there's a lot of weight on my shoulders but I try to step outside my current perspective and take a holistic view, and that helps, sometimes. Thanks for the note of encouragement, I need more of this!
