Frustrating considering I averaged 400 calories less than my deficit all last week and was consistent. I did eat some junk food late last night (though still 200-300 calories below my deficit) but maybe that was it. I know it’s not ideal to eat that late and our body likes to store fat then. This was my weight with all my clothes off. I won’t stop, but I really wanted to break below 164. Probably gonna quit the late night eating. Haven’t been able to get below 164 for weeks :(. Hoping to change that next week…
