Really did not expect this. My body jumped off the plateau it had been on for several days. Went from 200.8 to 198.6. Maintaining that loss over this weekend will be tough. Our youngest daughter has a birthday and we will be spending the weekend with her and her family. SO,...birthday cake, larger meals, and a lack of exercise coming up. But, my wife and I will get through it, and then will concentrate on losing any excess,...in time to go to our other daughter's home for the next weekend for another birthday. :) Actually, my wife is not trying to lose weight. She prepares really good meals for both of us that fit my weight regimen, and she loses weight too even though not wanting to lose.
