Switched off from the treadmill yesterday - did the recumbent bike, elliptical and stairmaster. Did five minutes on the stairmaster and it said I worked 60 kcal! Not sure how much of that my knees would survive though! At the fields last night for baseball practice - beautiful evening. We are all going to see the Toy Story 3D double feature today - I am seriously bringing carrot sticks with me!
