I am so disappointed. All in all I have lost cose to 50 pounds and have exercised some (probably should do more). Well I had blood work done to test my cholesterol and it has not changed since what it was 50 pounds ago. I have to continue with trying to loose the weight. I know I am eating better than I was before I started Weight Watchers. Yes I have had a slip here and there but I get right back on track. Maybe this is what I needed to make myself exercise for at least 15 minutes a day, even if it means taking a walk around the block. Well I have until Monday before I see my doctor even though the weight is lower than the last time, I am sure she will not be too happy about the cholesterol because I know I am not.

keep plugging away--that's what I tell myself. I see we're both in the 50's with 50-100 lbs to lose group. I just joined tonight

You are doing great. Adding some exercise will help even more. It helps make your heart stronger, lowers your stress levels, and burns calories. Fiber can also help with cholesterol, so eat up those fruits, veggies, and high fiber cereal.
