Gained one pound, guess it was too much Thanksgiving, but its cool, back on hardcore. One really good piece of news. Went to the doctor and had a a1c test and my sugar is NORMAL, no need for meds!! Blood pressure though is a little too high so now on low dose bp medicine. We'll see how it goes from here.
