1 kg more in just 1 month! Now i have to do something against…drank almost everyday milkshakes in Cafés, which means that they are made just with Sirup, not with real fruits. And startet to eat nibbles at night: savory pastry sticks with hummus and bad stuff like that. Have to replace it to not so heavy things. will see… 1st step: want to do pics from all my eaten food per day. 1nd step: will go to the Gym 3 times a week. This is my plan from today until Sunday. will see if it’s working
