Not too much this week. Some nuts and seeds. But previous weeks, the yogurt covered pretzels that we have for the kids are my Kryptonite. Perfect blend of sweet and salty 😋

I eat metabars or frozen fudge bars. Both low in calories and help with sweet cravings.
