hi this isn’t food but I’m a young teen looking into loosing more fat. I’m 5’6 1/2 and i weigh 210 I have a trainer and go to karate but I really need help with my diet since my cultural background has a lot of carbs (rice and bread)I want to be healthier!

I have used this app successfully to eat 1500 calories per day or less. I lost 22 lbs and want to loose 10 more. I also swim two or three times a week. Hope this helps.

start by tracking your food in FS and also if you can get support from your family, ask if you can start weighing or measuring your carbs. Most of us put unhealthy servings of rice or bread on our plates. Limit those to 1/2 cup and if you are still hungry eat more protein. Also cut out soda and juice. Drink plenty of water. YOU GOT THIS!! We're here for you!
