Well now apparently I have a problem. I've done very well doing the lchf thing and been losing weight consistently but by the evening time my "stomach" and "high right side" has been really really hurting. Last night had to dig up a pain pill just to get it to ease. I have this really bad feeling its my gallbladder, most likely from rapid weight loss. Since I just turned 58 yesterday its not a very welcome present.
