Another week of carnivore. Then, I'll go back to low carb for 2 weeks. In case you missed it, I'm hyperinsulin resistant. If I eat 1200 calories, I will gain 5 lbs in a week. So far, eating carnivore is the only way I can lose weight, other than pumping iron. I don't know if I can do weight lifting, but I'll check out the gym and see if it's for me at age 70. Yes, I talked to a doctor about not losing weight on 900 calories, and he shouted at me to eat 500! I've been on low carb (30g a day) ever since 2019. That's how I keep my blood sugar down to acceptable levels.
