SUCCESS - Body Measurements in inches - Hips 37.5 Waist 33.5 Underbust 33.5 Thighs 20.5. According to SBMI online - Body Mass Index is 24.9 just "tipped the scales" into the Healthy zone. 😊💕 My favorite sport is READING OUT LOUD - I obtained a caloric deficit of over 1,500 a few days ago ... Just from laying in my bed and reading out loud for 11 hours - the Brain is a muscle 😁👍 JUST a HEADS UP - that I am in the "healthy normal zone" again and contemplating...maybe... Taking up walking for half an hour per day BUT only on the sunny days!🌞. I did join a Daily Sarcasm FB group - and I have found that, that helps!!!
