I started off well and felt fine. I was pissed off when I got home as M had been in bed all day and then was going fishing. He had kept me up all night with his drinking and playing load music and talking to his friends on the phone which meant I got oor sleep
I did 30 day shred thought yay! Weights were to heavy for some of the exercises. I wonder if I can keep it up! Haha!!
