I planned a day ahead with my food diary but went completely off course (of course).

I could not finish eating lunch, but ate half a homemade mint chocolate cupcake from a very sweet client (she brought almost a dozen but I had to throw them out - I feel so bad to waste homemade food!!). Plus, my husband made a few wonderful dishes that I wasn't expecting to eat tonight, so I either have to hide them in the fridge or figure out which calories to log before eating anything.

Lastly, I fell behind in drinking water...Only had one cup while working today (and yet four cups of espresso). Fortunately had some water before work and after, but still need to improve...

On the bright side, I ate a serving of baby spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, and blueberries so far today. There's still hope!
