Started my transformation back up on Jan 4 2016- I did a week of meal replacing shakes where I substitued 2 meals then I ate a health dinner- I only did that to use up the powder I had on hand so it didn't go to waste after I bought it and also just to jumpstart my weight loss - in that week I lost 11 lbs!!! Now I'm just really focusing on portion control and eating healthier - it helps me to record what I eat on a daily basics to keep me organized and controlled. I also started just the 21 day fix workout DVDs its 39 mins for 21 days - positive thoughts and vibes to get me through it and advance to where I want to be. Here I am starting my journey after having a baby !!
