I worked really hard to look good to turn 40 in Vegas. I was pleased with my results but I want to keep going. I have done a good job of keeping up with my excercise but my eating has been not so great since I got back from my trip. With the holidays coming up and the cold weather setting in I worry that I will gain back all I have lost.
