Second Day of Strict 16-8 Intermediate fast. First food today at 10 AM, last ate yesterday at 6 PM. No weight change yet. Goal is to loose 40 lbs in 70 days or 4 lbs per week, very aggressive. Monitoring my glucose with a sensor, and my salt intake, feet swelling etc for signs of heart failure.
I suffer from what I believe is ongoing Vaccine Damage, Maderna booster knocked me over two years ago, ever since I have needed Oxygen.
