Slow going, but I am almost there! I have only lost 2 pounds in the last 21 days, but I did it! I know I haven't exercise in the past week and a half, and the weather has even been cooler, so I should have. We are trying to buy a house and I have been distracted with that. I will try to get back to exercising soon. I noticed that although I weighed the same a year and a half ago, I am not as firm as I was then since I exercised and ate well. There's definitely a difference when you just use your diet to lose weight and not diet AND exercise!
