Good healthy morning FS people. Kind of overcast this morning here, but still supposed to be mid 90s. Looking at a bit cooler temps coming up tho - hopefully.
So, Ive upped my workout times and setting today as my first '2' day (600 cal day) of the week. Full moon coming up the 21st so will be testing out this moon diet with a full 24 hr fast the day before. (Set points suck) Got to see if there is anything to this theory of weight loss enhancement by the gravitational pull of the moon. Hey, Im a cancer girl, you know Im already ruled by the moon haha! Time and tide will tell - PUN pun pun, lame I know! Have a great one everyone!
