Windy Day Günlüğü, 21 Tem 24

Good Sunday morning. Gray gray gray day. Fasting continues until this evening when I will break fast with a light supper of salad, fruit and chicken. Really want to do my workout this morning but not sure if thats a good idea or not. In the back of my mind Im actually kinda nervous the scale wont budge! Maybe just 30 mins....

Its one of those days where I feel restless but not sure what I want to be doing.. maybe just go out for awhile, see what I can get into. I never eat when I am out and about unless it is an intended dinner out.

I love to shop and never think of eating when I am out and about but then it could be a bad thing for the bank account. Enjoy your day.

Stay strong fasting is great way to shed and make sure to drink water. I started my keto with exercise. Started 11 days ago started at 225 dropped to 208 and in my flux. Working through the Mental is half the battle .

Thank you pastor. That is amazing accomplishment, very well done. You're right it really is the power of mind over matter. I've actually done better today completely fasting than days of normal dieting. One more hour to go and not that hungry! 😃

Hey Val, I did it! One moment around 6 that I felt a little light headed, but other than that I enjoyed it! Just finished supper. It was the best ever. Im so happy! 😊 (But scared to weigh in tomorrow!)

Oh, Morticia was it good! Not what we're used to here in July, especially after that heat wave we all had. So strange, felt almost like early September out there tonight

That sounds almost hypnotic, MM! LOL. Brother you need a bread pudding fix in the worst way! (If I had even one small spoonful, that's it - the entire pan is fair game LOL)

Congratulations Holly! It’s not an easy feat. I felt a little lightheaded also during the final hours. That’s why I suggested you hold off on the workout. The number on the scale is not as important as the fact that we’ve given our bodies a reboot going forward. I think I’ll do it again the next new or full moon.

Thanks Val!! I was pretty satisfied with how it went. I did drop 2 lbs! I put too much emphasis on the scale, but definitely feel this is much easier to do than the different daily partial fastings. I plan to repeat it again with the next New Moon in roughly 2 weeks. I need to look up that precise date. Lets do it again!

Oh boy I was so relieved, Val 😅 I was so afraid it wouldn't! Next new moon is August 4 which is a Sunday. So Saturday the 3rd would be the fast date. Hope it works with your schedule!
