Today, I adjusted my goals. I feel like it is more rational to target my weight loss in 10% chunks.
So goal 1 is losing 10% of my starting weight. When I have accomplished that, I will target losing 10% of the weight that I am then and so on.
I feel smaller goals are more manageable to me.
