I'm over summer it's been brutal hot here this year! Is today and most of this week from the sounds of it. Most likely going to spend the next few days on beach I think. Going to do what needs to be done here at home today but tomorrow it's sounding like a great idea lol

Sounds like a plan, Erin! Youre lucky youre so close to the beach. Im 400 miles from the beach! Thankfully much cooler temps here past few days. But storms in the forecast for the next 10 days.

I love Fall too. Comes early here. We went for a walk last night, I felt the first feel of Fall in the night sir already. I was sooooo ecxgited. 😂😂 Today it’s sweltering again. But all good. Going to a bbq today and the weather is great for that. 👍🏻😎

Oh man. Just read the other comments. I’m just a short drive to many beaches, ocean or lake. I’m beyond blessed!! Can’t imagine otherwise. Where do you go for swimming Windy? Pools I assume?

Aw, definitely love sweater weather and bonfires! 😍 And I think everywhere ppl are starting to see and feel signs of fall. I know we are here in the NC mountains and foothills. We'll have plenty of sweltering days left, but Im ready for fall too. Enjoy your bbq day wifey! 😘

Just saw your post, we must have cross-posted, lol. Yep, two daughters have pools at their houses. I used to but downsized about 7 yrs ago. We have nearby lakes but Ima little squeamish about lake swims anyway, lol. I love the ocean beaches along the Atlantic but only go ankle deep as I dont swim well.

We have a lot of summer like weather left here. Summer starts in Spring often and lingers into Fall. Winter arrives early so I am always feeling that I am gypped out of Spring and Fall. I love May here.

Morticia, we do too really. These 75-85 degree days are cool for this time of year here. Makes me wish for fall when it is less humid. But Im in no way ready for winter!! That drags on November thru March bare minimum! May is nice also. When everything is blooming again 🥰🌹

I am so ready for September and the transition into Fall also. Not a Summer person, I never have been. Give me falling multi-coloured leaves and cool fresh breezes over A/C and heat & humidity any day lol.
Good luck to you & Erin over the next 24 hrs. I may do a couple of 18 hr fasts leading up to Aug 3.

Me too Val. Grew up in New England up until my late 20s. I sure do miss those crisp falls and all the snow. I hate A/C honestly. I shut if off upstairs every night I possibly can so I can have the fresh air and night sounds come in. With the A/C I feel like Im in a refrigerator! Sounds like a plan. I gained back a pound so I'll have to subtract that. (I honestly feel like the moon helped. LOL)

I know right? Water! 😭 I feel like Ive lost the same weight 3x over 😅 But every bit adds up along the way. This is a good experiment to compare the different fasting time results. We'll get there Val, sooner or later! 😊
