Starting over. I was in Colorado taking care of my first grandson while my daughter gave birth to my second grandson. Got back to Maryland yesterday and I’m ready to get back to it. I walked this morning and am tracking portion size. My goal is to lose 55 pounds by the time I am 55 on December 18th. Has anyone tried 12/12 fasting? On my teacher schedule I could do 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
