So today was good -- except I broke one of my cardinal rules: Never eat a Luna Bar and Kind Bar on the same day. Unfortunately, I way overslept this morning due to forgetting to set my alarm. And I had a 10am appointment at the health club, so in order to get the dogs walked and fed, the only breakfast I could have was a Luna Bar and milk in the car, and then so I wouldn't get too hungry after the fact when I had to run a couple errands before going home for lunch, I ate a Kind Healthy Grains Bar in the car on the way to the bank...really a wasted 150 calories, but I don't like to drive a lot in traffic when I know I'm really hungry and my blood sugar is low. Anyway, I really enjoyed myself at the health club. It was just the orientation and I learned 5 different machines and a matte exercise to do. They are very nice there, and I can ask for help when I go back if I'm too dim to remember what to do. I won't go tomorrow because I have my ice skating lesson and an agility lesson for Carson in the evening. But I plan to go on Wednesday. I won't try out the Aqua-size classes until next week -- in part because I am still coughing. But in the meantime I can do the workouts and walk the track. Also.. I need to see if I have a smaller swimsuit somewhere because I'm afraid the one I was wearing last year might fall off with too much activity. I hope I have one because I'm feeling too cheap to buy one.
