Girl, you have to add some chicken or something there. This is a 50 calorie breakfast. It won't do anything for you. I say this because I come from this. Constantly trying to starve and trick myself. But this just leads to overeating later or tomorrow. Rather just get in enough calories every day to sustain yourself and avoid patterns of starvation and binging 🩶

Thanks for the tip girl. I usually don’t eat breakfast and prefer to start eating after 12 noon so this was an exception. However I do add protein in some of my salads when I feel like it, on this day I didn’t feel like it.💕
