Girl, you have to add some chicken or something there. This is a 50 calorie breakfast. It won't do anything for you. I say this because I come from this. Constantly trying to starve and trick myself. But this just leads to overeating later or tomorrow. Rather just get in enough calories every day to sustain yourself and avoid patterns of starvation and binging 🩶
