Bad week - friends and family in town and my 13 year old lab passed away. Exercise went out the window and while I didn't go way off diet I definitely slipped. Starting 15 day program again today.

I'm sorry about your Lab. I know how it hurts, I lost my cat after 9 years with him. Hopefully when you are able to muster up some strength to get some exercise in, it will make you feel even better and more confident again. Right now relax.

Sorry to hear about your baby. I had a chocolate lab that passed at almost 18. One of 2 of the best friends I ever had.

sorry for your loss of the lab...lost mine 12 years ago and it is to still painful to this day when i think of her... just take your time as much as you need...FS will still be here when you are ready.
