OK I got the weight going in the right direction again. It feels good. Now I just have to make sure I keep my head while I take a short vacation with my hubby. We are headded to bike week in Maryland. I am really looking forward to it. Gonna have a good time because we both deserve it. Any tips on how to stay on track while there would be helpful.
