My feet have always given me trouble when I walk. Sometimes it gets so bad that I can barely walk when I take my shoes off. This does not help when you are trying to get some cardio on the treadmill. So last night my daughter dragged me to the mall and bought me a pair of Nike Shox (I am cheap and would not spend $100 on sneakers). I think these sneaks may really help me. They feel good so far. Thanks honey!!

I know what you mean! I have the $100 nike's and my feet still hurt! I went to the doctor and he says I have facitis (sp) and I have these things I wear on my feet at night when I'm asleep.I had my doubts big time but they work! I hope your new footwear continue's to help cuz there's nothing worse than your feet hurting. Good Luck!

I have had plantar fasciitis, and it's no joke! I wore a 'moon boot' for two months. However, it is better now. My advice: take long walks going uphill versus cardio until your feet feel better. At one point, all I could do was walk the dog...with the moon boot on! If you push it, plantar fasciitis can make your exercise pure agony. Be careful, darlin'! Keep on, keepin' on. You can do it.

Thanks guys!! I appreciate the support (no pun intended) I like the Nike shox but I have to say that the New Balance is still the best for me. But being a mother you know I will wear these as much as I can simply because my daughter gave them to me and I don't want to hurt her fellings. I am gonna buy a gel insert for them and see if that makes them better.
