I've been making the cottage cheese flat bread and I put pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on it and back in the oven a few minutes. My husband and I both love it. The recipe is easy, for both of us a nice serving I use 1 c cottage cheese and 2 eggs I also season's (Italian and garlic powder) mix well pour in pan lined with parchment and bake for about 25 minutes at 350. A low carb, great tasting pizza! We also use the flat bread for ham and cheese sandwiches!
