Have had a nice day - stuck to my points and tonight my son and I went for a 10K run to the Y and back - last time I ran it I had to walk part of the way back - much better to run in the late afternoon when the sun is going down! Watching football, read some of my book and did some knitting - all of my favorite things. Heard from my hubby - he is down to 215! He was 255 at the beginning of June. How awesome is that? He sent me a picture and he looks so good - 41 days until we leave to see him!
