This is the first entry in the journal for the weight loss challenge. So far I have drastically changed the nutrition aspect of my routine. I found out that my BMR is around 2900 but after a couple days eating a diet close to what the nutrition class told us I have only been getting to around 1100 calories. So far it seems to be ok but i think i need to add a bit more proteins.
