Yesterday I consumed just over 1300 calories which is still low for my BMR. Not sure how I am going to get that number up to my BMR number because I feel like the amount of food I am eating right now with the two snacks is plenty. For my workout yesterday, Wed. Sept. 14th, During my lunch break my friends and I went to the park and did a cross fit work out. It was my first cross fit work out and was pretty tough. The workout was 15 burpies 15 walking lunges then 40 yard bear crawl two rounds of each. It took me about 5-7 minutes to complete the work out and at the end i was sucking wind. It did not help that I was pretty sore from my first VBL workout the night before. Along with the 5-7 minute intense workout I did about 10-15 min of stretching and light calisthenics some before and some after too cool down. Thursday I plan to hit the gym to do some cardio on either treadmill or elliptical, some body weight work (lunges, squats) and maybe a little weight training. Sauna after i Stretch for sure.
