Don’t usually weight in every single day, but my husband and I set goals with rewards for motivation. If I make it to 135 by next Tuesday, I get a new stand mixer! The rewards won’t always be that big, but I’ve needed it for a while and two weeks ago I was 143 (lots of water weight).
