FINALLY! I found a high protein, unsweetened, nondairy yogurt locally. I have some cashew yogurt and homemade soy yogurt to use up first before I open this, but I'm really looking forward to trying it.

Certainly sounds like a good product. I have problems finding any yogurts I can eat due to things like lactose, stevia, sugar, etc.

You might see if you can find this one, Morticia. It's been years since I've seen unsweetened soy yogurt anywhere, and as much as I love the taste of the Forager cashew, it just doesn't have much protein. This one is a blend of soymilk and almond milk, so I'll see how it tastes
