Challenge question: sping-diet-walking-workouts-training-for-summer

I want to join this challenge but can I modify it to just walking? I will have to walk on the workout days. Walking is the only activity that interests me and probably the only thing I can do. My breathing is still pretty bad and I have knee trouble.
I started walking while I was on vacation and I don't want to lose what small muscle gains I might have made.
I like the structure of this challenge.

Is there a place to record our measurements anywhere on FS.
