WEight is up above pre-fast weight, but for the last 3 days i've been playing with 2 tsp of baking soda per day to deal with an issue I've had for a couple of years. It seems to be working. I'll give it a week and see. I know it's not fat as my calories are in line. yesterday was below maintenance, today will be at maintenance and tomorrow will be a half fast day. I'll just keep working it.
