Ate about 1200 calories after dinner and before bed, including about a half pint of Ben & Jerry's. Scale is down about 2.5 lbs today.
It's all water weight of course, but it still makes for a fun story that gets friends and family angry at me. :)
But once again, more evidence that IIFYM works, and is all I (or most people) need to worry about for gaining or losing weight - it's just not for the faint of heart when you have big water weight fluctuations from carb intakes that vary all the time.
