c25k w5d1! :) 5min x 3, and I was definitely going faster today. I can go a little slower for about 2.5 blocks, then I know the end is coming, so I can pick up the pace. pulse = 33 in 15 sec at the end of run interval 2. very happy. oh, it was dark this morning though. no moon to be seen. yeah, according to moon calendar, moon rise was 7:40 am and it's a new moon anyhow.

I had a thought the other day waiting for the elevator that my watch is looser. definitely my jeans are looser and I am wearing things now that were a little too tight a month ago - sister skirt, black LB trousers. the black skirt and polka dot skirt I bought when I started at CRLT I think are done for now. way too big, though they were pretty loose to begin with.

have to get out some fall clothes this weekend. It was 49 degrees this morning, wore my calorimetry and my owl mittens, but need some long sleeve t shirts, and maybe some long pants with pockets before too long.
