Well today was day one of the circuit assembly. We always take a lunch and eat out for dinner. I thought the place would surely have something healthy right? WRONG, lol. But oh well, after strict dieting for almost 7 weeks, it was time to let loose, just a bit. I didn't do bad, but I made the best of the choices I had. It ws like going to your grandmas on Sunday for dinner and asking her to steam your veggies, lol! I even ate a bit of banana pudding. I did however refrain from fried foods and mashed potatoes. I didn't even eat the green beans. I did eat a litle of the corn and I had some salad which was lettuce drowned in a vinegrette of some sort. Tomorrow I am having fish tacos I think. Hopefully that place will have a better selection! There is always Monday.
