OK, so I gave up food recording for madison. I didn't eat too much crap while there, but there were only pastries for breakfast on days 2 & 3, and I did get a couple PSLs. 'tis the season and all that. so back on to day pretty much. I should have run this morning but did not. will do tomorrow. I did run one day in madison, but it was not quite the full 25 minutes. I don;t like running in uphill or downhill. :P
