Barely hanging on to my routine because I am so busy. I am still managing to record my food, but it has been a challenge. I spent two days in the mountains but didn't really do anything. It was raining/snowing the entire time and that made it difficult to get out and really do anything. I did enjoy some outdoor time yesterday in the sunshine, but I never made it to the gym.

Today, our wellness committee brought in a local organic grocer to talk to us about foods - primarily organic, chemical/anti-biotic free, and non-GMO. I was astonished to find out the percentage of our grains that have been modified. I never thought of the soybean as a GMO. While I don't always buy organic, I do buy primarily raw foods and typically make meals from scratch. It is the only real way to understand what is in the food I eat. So - I definitely have room for improvement, but I also wasn't too terrified to eat my lunch.

Tomorrow is filled with meetings, training, and silly things like that. I hope to really accomplish some completed chores this weekend. Gotta move this Goliath toward sale. Onward and downward.
